Made For More Men's Retreat

Made for More exists to help driven, high-capacity men take off the mask of having it together: the version of you built to perform, to please, to carry everything and never let it show. We believe freedom isn't found in doing more; it's found in becoming real: facing what the mask costs you, letting go of what no longer serves you, and leading your family, your team, and your life from fullness instead of survival.

Made for More Men's Retreat:

A retreat curated just for you!
Join us for a three-night intensive for driven, high-capacity men who lead teams, companies, and families, often running on empty, but ready to trade survival mode for a life of fullness.
This is not just a retreat; it is also a getaway. Alongside the deep work, you will have dedicated time to breathe and reset, with opportunities to fish, kayak, bike, get a workout in, play pickleball, or find a quiet spot by the lake and just be.
Enrollment is limited so the experience can be shaped around each participant, not delivered as a one-size-fits-all agenda. Before you show up, we ask you to be honest with us about where you're stuck, what you're carrying, what you're really after. That's how we build the sessions. Not a generic schedule, but a few days that actually meet you where you are.

Who This Is For

  • You feel stuck, and that you should be further along.
  • You have goals and a sense of calling, but you're searching for the tools, mental, emotional, relational, or financial, to get there.
  • You want to leave a legacy, but you're not sure you have what it takes to build one.
  • You're navigating grief, loss, divorce, a career transition, or another life situation that's left you feeling exposed.

  • You're ready to stop surviving and start leading, at work, at home, and in your own life.

What You Can Hope to Experience

What you experience here is shaped around your story, not scripted. Enrollment is limited so the experience can be tailore to each participant, not delivered as a one-size-fits-all agenda.

  • Real space to process what you've pushed past but never fully dealt with.
  • Leadership development built around how you actually function under pressure, not just another framework.
  • Practical tools for staying grounded, setting boundaries, and carrying only what's actually yours.
  • Honest conversations on the places men most often perform instead of practice: finances, identity, relationships.

  • A small, confidential brotherhood, capped at 18 men, built for peer accountability and community that outlasts the weekend.

  • A space to be seen, heard, and strengthened, not managed or fixed.

Jen Vihrachoff, MSW, M.Ed

Jen Vihrachoff believes the most powerful thing a leader can do is become a more self-aware version of themselves. With a background in social work, education, and leadership development, she brings both the training and the lived experience to sit with leaders in the hard places, not to fix them, but to help them lead from a place of freedom rather than performance.

For 18 years, Jen served as Executive Director of The Boselli Foundation in Jacksonville, Florida, where she built mentoring programs for incarcerated young men and coached teachers in high-need schools. That experience shapes every conversation she has with leaders today.

Today, Jen runs her own consulting practice focused on trauma-informed leadership, mentoring, and building organizations where people actually belong. She has also taught at the university level and consults with Robin, Inc. in New York City on mental health resources for educators and families. Jen is also a mom to two daughters, ages 13 and 16, and she will tell you that is the role that has taught her the most.

Jay Harris, Pastor - The Ville Church

Jay Harris is Senior Pastor of The Ville Church in downtown Jacksonville, co-owner of Harris & Go Printing and Swoo Supply, and co-founder of the Evac Movement; a mentoring initiative that has guided at-risk young men from the city's toughest blocks into rooms most people only read about: Harvard, Morehouse, the White House, and a sit-down with the President of the United States. Under his leadership, those students have been published in Harvard's Quarterly Educational Review, featured on Good Morning America, and landed on the front page of The New York Times.

Jay didn't start out chasing rooms like that. He started out lost, insecure, and headed nowhere good until a moment of reckoning rerouted his life and revealed a man full of hope, love, and purpose. That conviction now fuels everything he builds: his marriage, his family (he and his wife Alanna have 11 kids), his relationships, his church, his businesses.

Counseling and retreats like this one radically changed Jay's life, which is why he refuses to fake it in rooms like this one. He leads from the other side of the mask, ready to help other men discover how great it is to be exactly who God made them to be.
